Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to written requests for cancellation received within a week after online payment. Refunds will be processed according to the following procedure:

1: Requests must be received in writing via e-mail to secretaryiappoffice@gmail.com

2: Registration fees, minus the processing charges, will be returned to the registrant.

3: Refunds will be processed in the same manner in which payment was made. Please note it may take up to four weeks for cheques to arrive
